1月10日より、Buffet & Grill QWACHI（クワッチー）では
沖縄の食文化をたっぷり味わえる
さまざまな新ディナーメニューが登場します。

沖縄の歴史的背景から定着した
「沖縄ステーキ」をはじめ
一度も冷凍されていない沖縄近海産の生マグロを
お刺身はもちろん、
カツレツやオーブン焼きなど多彩な調理法で。
ゴーヤチャンプルーやクーブイリチー
（クーブ＝昆布、イリチー＝炒め物）など、
伝統的な沖縄料理であるチャンプルー料理、
沖縄そばには、
スタンダードな沖縄そばに加え
県産もずくを練り込んだ「もずく麺」や
ほのかな苦みが広がる「よもぎ麺」をご用意。
豚骨ベースのスープのほか、
中華スープや洋風スープもあるので
アレンジしてオリジナルの沖縄そばも作れます。

Starting January 10th, Buffet & Grill QWACHI is leveling up with a lineup of dishes that celebrate everything we love about Okinawan food culture. From the iconic ""Okinawa Steak""—a local favorite with deep historical roots—to incredibly fresh, never-frozen local tuna served as sashimi, crispy cutlets, or tender oven-roasted fillets, there’s something for every seafood lover.

We’re also serving up traditional soul foods like Goya Chanpuru and Kubu Irichi (savory sautéed kelp). If you’re a noodle fan, you’re in for a treat at our Okinawan Soba station! Beyond the classic noodles, you can try our unique ""Mozuku"" seaweed-infused noodles or slightly bitter ""Yomogi"" (mugwort) noodles. Pair them with a traditional pork bone broth, or get creative with our Chinese and Western-style soups to build your own signature bowl.

One of our main events was becoming an official partner hotel of Junglia Okinawa which opened in northern Okinawa this year. 「バレル＆テントサウナ」付き宿泊プランが登場しました。
当ホテルは2022年に沖縄で初めてバレルサウナを導入し
さらに世界“最熱”と言われている
高機能性MORZH（モルジュ）製のテントサウナも完備。
サウナはプールサイドに設置しているので、
サウナに入室し体を温め、熱くなった体を
目の前のプールでクールダウン。

自然に囲まれたプールサイドで、潮風や緑を感じながら
ここでしか味わえないサウナ体験を！

Enjoy a realxing sauna trip surrounded by the lush greenery of Yambaru.

We have introduced a new accommodation plan that includes use of the barrel and tent saunas.

Our hotel was the first in Okinawa to install a barrel sauna in 2022 as well as a highly functional MORZH tent sauna said to be the hottest in the world. The saunas are located poolside, so you can warm up in the sauna and then cool down in the pool right in front of you.

Relax looking at the greenery around you and feeling the sea breeze. Enjoy a one-of-a-kind, surrounded-by-nature sauna experience!

At Arin Krin, the amenity base on the lobby floor, we have picture books for you and your children to enjoy. These books have been carefully selected by Hanauta Shobo, an independent bookstore in Nakijin Village. They feature books that connect you to Okinawa and its nature in a way that even young children can enjoy.

今週末は、やちむんの里へ。
北窯陶器市が開催！
@kitagama_baiten

沖縄の伝統的な焼き物「やちむん」。
当ホテルから車で約40分。読谷の「やちむんの里」は
数多くのやちむん工房が集まる一大産地です。
なかでも「北窯」は、松田米司、與那原正守、
松田共司、宮城正享の4名の陶芸家が
共同で作り上げた県内最大規模の登り窯。

その北窯が主催する陶器市が、
12月13日（土）、14日（日）の2日間、
9時～18時、場所は北窯広場で開催されます！

通常より安い価格で購入できるとあって、
毎年大人気。
お気に入りを見つけるなら、
なるべく早めの来場がおすすめです。

Head to Yachimun Vilage this weekend to enjoy the Kitagama Pottery Market (@kitagama_baiten)

Yachimun is Okinawa's traditional pottery and the Yachimun Village is located about a 40-minute drive from our hotel. Kitagama is the prefecture's largest climbing kiln originally built by four potters: Matsuda Yoneji, Yonahara Masamori, Matsuda Kyoji, and Miyagi Masayuki.

The market will be held at Kitagma Square from 9:00 to 18:00 on December 13 and 14.

With many bargains, the opportunity to find a favorite piece is high, so we recommend arriving early since it is a popular event. Experiencing traditional Okinawan crafts will be more comfortable in the cooler weather!

The lobby atrium will be featuring an art creation focusing on light.

From December to March, INVISIBLE RHYTHMS by the art collective YouRuMaru will be on display. @you_ru_maru

This immersive art experience allows our guests to intuitively rediscover the invisible natural rhythms of Yambaru's forests and oceans, the cycle and connection between nature and life.

In the Lobby Lounge, you can enjoy Yambaru-inspired cocktails and Christmas High Tea.

Surrounded by our signature original ambient music AMBIENTAL, created in collaboration with trackmaker Harikuyamaku (@dub.harikuyamaku), you will have an extraordinary experience.

Also on display on the restaurant patio is the ""Giant Yambaru Fish Made From Garbage"". This work of art was created by Yodogawa Technique from garbage and driftwood on northern Okinawa beaches. His work has attracted the attention at the Yambaru Art Festival. Please don't miss seeing this creative expression.

This Christmas presenting the Yambaru Stollen!

A special dish or a special sweet can make Christmas even more exciting. Our hotel will be offering a unique Christmas menu featuring Okinawan ingredients and traditions. One of these is the Yambaru Stollen.

This original cake is made with ingredients unique to Yambaru such as brown sugar from Nakijin Village and rum from Ie Island. We hope you will enjoy the time leading up to Christmas with flavors that increase our anticipation of the celebration.

We have other Christmas events planned including accommodation plans that come with a Christmas cake, a limited-time collaboration High Tea served on pottery created by ARTIGIANO, and an opportunity to meet Santa Claus at our restaurant!
