KAI Anjin is a hot spring ryokan built on a site associated with Anjin Miura (William Adams), an English navigator.

KAI Anjin's Dinner: “Red Snapper Bouillabaisse Kaiseki”
Our starter features an original pasty inspired by the traditional Cornish pasty from England. The main dish is a special bouillabaisse hotpot, a concentrated celebration of the sea's bounty. Savor the full richness of the ocean's gifts, including red snapper, shrimp, and clams.
