🟦On the top, I used half of the base pistachio and sakura syrup, added pistachio espuma to the inside, sprinkled with Fiantino, added strawberries, and finished with powdered sugar to make it look like it was snowing. It was divided into two layers, and the first layer contained pistachio espuma and fiantino. The second layer contained strawberries, pistachio espuma, and fiantino.
