Wagyu Katsu "Banzai" is located in Shinsaibashi, Osaka.
We marinate A5-grade Wagyu in salted rice malt (shio koji) and slow-cook it at a low temperature.
By applying the absolute minimum amount of heat, we keep the meat incredibly rare and tender.
Our curry and demi-glace sauces are poured over the sizzling iron griddle right in front of you.
