もうまもなく桜の季節がやってきます🌸

今年は開花宣言も早まり満開日が4/20予想となってます。（4/17現在）
おすすめのスポットを数か所ご紹介いたします。
使用した写真は当ホテルのスタッフが撮影した昨年の様子です。

🌸函館五稜郭公園
ソメイヨシノを中心に約1500本の桜が圧巻の名物スポット
昨年夜桜を見に行きましたがライトアップされていてとてもきれいでした。
五稜郭タワーから見おろす全景は必見！

🌸函館公園
当ホテルからも比較的近い距離に位置しており、観光のついでにも行きやすい距離です。
ソメイヨシノを中心に約400本の桜が園内を彩ります。
出店がありちょっとしたお祭り気分を味わえます。

🌸笹流ダム
当ホテルから距離はありますが、ゆったり桜を見たい方におすすめスポット。
前庭は芝生広場になっていて、周囲に植えられている桜の木がきれいです。
市街地より標高が高いため、開花は少し遅めです。

北海道は開花が遅いので、今年の桜を満喫できなかった方にもおすすめ
今しか見れない函館の景色を見に、ぜひお越しください。

Cherry blossom season is almost here! 🌸

This year, the blooming declaration was made earlier than usual, with full bloom expected around April 20nd (as of April 17th).
We'd like to introduce a few recommended spots.
The photos used are from last year, taken by our hotel staff.

🌸 Hakodate Goryokaku Park
A famous spot with approximately 1500 cherry trees, mainly Somei Yoshino varieties, creating a breathtaking spectacle.
Last year, I went to see the cherry blossoms at night, and they were beautifully lit up.
The panoramic view from Goryokaku Tower is a must-see!

🌸 Hakodate Park
Located relatively close to our hotel, it's easily accessible while sightseeing.
Approximately 400 cherry trees, mainly Somei Yoshino varieties, adorn the park.
There are stalls, creating a festive atmosphere.

🌸 Sasaryu Dam
Although it's a bit of a distance from our hotel, it's a recommended spot for those who want to enjoy the cherry blossoms at a leisurely pace.
The front garden is a grassy area, and the cherry trees planted around it are beautiful.

Because of its higher elevation compared to the city center, the cherry blossoms bloom a little later here.

Since cherry blossoms bloom later in Hokkaido, this is a great option for those who missed out on enjoying the cherry blossoms this year.
Please come and see the scenery of Hakodate that can only be seen now.

函館港に舞い降りる雪が光に照らされ、まるで銀の花が夜空に舞うイメージ、「銀花」は、函館の儚くも美しい瞬間を切り取った客室です。

季語「銀花」の名にふさわしい幻想的な光と霧のゆらめきを、壁面に「ゆらぎのパネル」で表現、相対する壁面には銀花をアーティスティックに表現した和紙アートを用いて和の情緒を感じる、贅沢な雰囲気を演出いたします。

　さらに、プロジェクターと大型スクリーン、サラウンドシステムが備わったシアタールームとして、映画館のような臨場感を味わえます。

"Ginka" is a guest room that captures the fleeting yet beautiful moment of Hakodate, with the snow falling on Hakodate Port illuminated by light, creating the image of silver flowers dancing in the night sky.

The fantastical shimmering light and mist, befitting the name of the seasonal word "ginka," are expressed on the walls with "swaying panels," while the opposing wall features washi paper art that artistically depicts silver flowers, creating a luxurious atmosphere that evokes a traditional Japanese feeling.
In addition, the room can be used as a theater room equipped with a projector, large screen, and surround system, allowing you to experience the immersive feeling of a movie theater.
