函館の冬を彩る、イルミネーションイベントのご紹介です。
はこだてクリスマスファンタジー
会場は当ホテルから車で約6分の函館赤レンガ倉庫前です。
巨大クリスマスツリーに、毎日午後６時のツリー点灯と花火演出。人気店舗による12種類のスープが並ぶスープバーも魅力です。
Introducing an illumination event that brightens up Hakodate’s winter. Hakodate Christmas Fantasy The venue is in front of the Hakodate Red Brick Warehouse, about a 6-minute drive from our hotel. A giant Christmas tree will be lit up at 6:00 PM every day, followed by a fireworks display. Another attraction is the soup bar, which offers 12 types of soup from popular shops.

「旅の玄関口・函館の味と物語」をコンセプトに港町・函館らしいマグロ・イクラなどの海鮮や、
ヘルシーで栄養価の高い鹿肉のパティを目の前で焼き上げるハンバーガー、函館近郊の農家から取り寄せた
旬の野菜を使用した総菜サラダを新たに提供いたします。
約80品目の朝食ビュッフェをぜひお楽しみください。

Starting in September 2025, we've completely revamped our breakfast menu!

Based on the concept of "The Tastes and Stories of Hakodate, the Gateway to Travel," we'll be offering seafood like tuna and salmon roe, characteristic of the port city of Hakodate, as well as healthy and nutritious venison burgers grilled right before your eyes, and salads made with seasonal vegetables sourced from farms near Hakodate.
