界 加賀のご当地楽は「加賀獅子舞」。400年受け継がれてきた石川の獅子舞文化を継承したいという思いを込めて、地元の工芸作家や民俗芸能チームの協力を得て、金沢市無形民俗文化財「加賀獅子」を独自にアレンジし、振付・衣装・音楽をすべてオリジナルで制作。勇壮華麗な武家文化の伝統はそのままに、あたらしくて独創的な「加賀獅子舞」をスタッフが披露しています。八方睨（はっぽうにらみ）と呼ばれる独特の風貌の獅子頭は一度見たら忘れられないほどのインパクトです。

Every night at KAI Kaga, we perform the Kaga Lion Dance. With a desire to carry on Ishikawa's lion dance culture, passed down for 400 years, we collaborated with local craftspeople and folk performing arts teams. We uniquely adapted the Kanazawa City Intangible Folk Cultural Property “Kaga Lion,” creating all the choreography, costumes, and music from scratch. While preserving the bold and splendid traditions of samurai culture, the staff presents a fresh and original “Kaga Lion Dance.” The uniquely striking lion head, known as the “Happō Nirami” (Eight-Direction Glare), makes an unforgettable impression.
