霧島は、「天孫降臨神話」にゆかりが深い地。界 霧島ではスタッフが神々に扮し、太鼓や神楽鈴を使い「天孫降臨」の物語を表現した躍動感ある演舞をお楽しみいただけます。

Kirishima is a land deeply connected to the myth of the descent of the heavenly grandchildren. At KAI Kirishima, staff members portray the gods, using taiko drums and kagura bells to perform a dynamic dance depicting the story of the descent of the heavenly grandchildren.

鹿児島県の特産品である黒豚をはじめとする豊かな食材を味わう会席料理をご用意。鹿児島名物「あくまき」をアレンジした先付けから始まり、 台の物はかつお出汁で食べる黒豚のしゃぶしゃぶ。締めには、細麺の蕎麦で鰹出汁と一緒にお楽しみください。

We serve kaiseki cuisine that features local ingredients from Kagoshima, especially its Kurobuta. The meal begins with an appetizer of Kagoshima's famous "akumaki" rice rolls. The main course is shabu-shabu made with Kurobuta, served in bonito broth. To finish the meal, enjoy thin soba noodles in bonito broth.
