Guests can enjoy the crisp, bracing air of the winter season. Another highlight of this time of year is the opportunity to spend warm, intimate moments with loved ones at a "Kotatsu" nestled within the forest.

We offer course dining that adds a glamping flair with dishes prepared in skillets and Dutch ovens.Enjoy the "Hillside Forest Retreat Dinner," where we utilize winter techniques like fermentation and smoking to enhance the sweetness of seasonal vegetables, served in piping hot dishes unique to this colder season.
