京都に夏の訪れを告げる 祇園祭。
高台寺丹虎 では、祇園祭の趣を一席に込めた特別コースをご用意いたしました。

祇園祭を象徴する鉾をあしらった箸袋や、「蘇民将来子孫也」の茅の輪飾りとともに、京都ならではの夏のおもてなしで皆様をお迎えいたします。
献立は、粽に見立てた先附から始まり、旬を迎える鱧を鮨と天ぷらでご提供。

【Gion Matsuri Course】A Special Offering for July The Gion Matsuri heralds the arrival of summer in Kyoto. At Kodaiji Tantora, we have prepared a special course that captures the unique atmosphere of this festival. We welcome you with Kyoto-style summer hospitality, featuring chopstick sleeves adorned with the festival’s iconic *hoko* floats and *chinowa* (reed ring) decorations inscribed with the protective phrase "Somin Shorai Shison Nari" (Descendants of Somin Shorai). The menu begins with an appetizer styled to resemble a *chimaki* (festival rice dumpling) and showcases seasonal pike conger (*hamo*) served as both sushi and tempura.
